This website presents our services, products and company information, and lets you share project requirements through the chatbot. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a client relationship or an obligation for either party.

2. Quotations and engagements

• Estimates generated through the chatbot are indicative and may change after scope review.
• A project begins only when both parties agree a written scope, timeline and price, and any agreed advance payment is received.
• Timelines depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from your side.

3. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, upon full payment the deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you; our pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries and methodologies remain ours and may be reused. The INFOTRONICS SOFTWEB name, logo, website design and content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach, disrupt or overload the website or its APIs.
• Do not submit false, abusive or unlawful content through the chatbot or forms.
• Do not scrape, harvest or mass-download content or personal data.

5. Third-party services

We may recommend or integrate third-party products (hosting, domains, payment gateways, open-source software). Their terms and licenses apply separately, and we are not responsible for third-party availability or content.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from use of this site shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service concerned.
